General Info

• Standard Shipping: Orders process and ship within 1-3 business days (excluding U.S. holidays). Shipping is handled by DHL and completed by USPS for last-mile delivery.
• Express Shipping: Orders placed by 12 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day. Express shipping is handled by FedEx or UPS.

📌 All shipping fees are non-refundable. If shipping to a PO Box, you must select Standard Shipping, as express options do not support PO Box addresses.

Shipping Rates for U.S.

• Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $125 → 2-6 business days
  (Valid on subtotals of $125 or more after discounts, before taxes, and excluding e-gift cards.)
• Standard Shipping: Orders under $125 → $9 (2-6 business days)
• 2 Business Day Express: $30 (2 business days)
• 1 Business Day Express: $35 (1 business day)

📌 Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take up to two weeks.

International Shipping Information

• You can track all international orders using the provided tracking system.
• The total amount paid includes all applicable customs, duties, and taxes—there are no additional charges upon delivery.
• PO Box delivery is not available at this time.

• Express Shipping: Orders placed by 12 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day via DHL Express.

Sometimes there can be delivery delays and the best thing to do is reach out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number. They'll be able to give you the most up-to-date info and help you find a speedy solution.

Please also allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy shopping periods. Customs and shipping carriers may also require extra time to work on processing and delivering your order during peak seasons (e.g. Black Friday/Cyber Monday).

Free standard shipping is applicable on orders with the following subtotals (after discounts applied and before tax):

A shipping confirmation with the tracking number is sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that your order has been picked up by our shipping carrier and your tracking number will update as soon as the shipping carrier scans your order in.

Tracking status updates usually happen within 48 hours but if it hasn't, don't worry — your order is on its way and tracking will update shortly. This doesn't mean your order is lost and it's common for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days.

If your tracking hasn't updated for over 10 business days, and you are concerned there may be a delay or error we'd recommend contacting the shipping carrier with your tracking number to start a claim and reach out to us with your order number to let us know.
